#1 A14 injection
UteSquid Posted on: 2010/4/24 16:22
I've got a really crude injection set up on an A14, has anyone had experience with any setups that have been effective, can be accurately tuned and a little easier on the eye that a barstardised throttle body with no idle air bypass welded onto a standard manifold with two injectors in the manifold and two just before the throttle body therefore not allowing a lot of options for fuel rails other than rubber fuel line.... also what heads came on A14's and what would be best suited to this application?

oh and it's turbo and is running 10psi and a D4s computer what size injectors would be suitable? i think it's overfueling or can i crank the timing right up to compensate, is currently running about 19-20 degrees btdc and isn't pinging? that i can hear anyway.... i have no idea what the internals are all i know is that it's got an arp stud kit and nismo head gasket.

I just got this:

factory A14 injection manifold

Sure it has a lot of stuff attached, but is the same design as the 280Z EFI manifold. On the A14E it makes 92 HP stock.

And uses the stock Datsun ECU. Or can use MegaSquirt for fine tuning/modding.

Datto_Mog/UteSquid,

The picture of the stripped down EFI manifold is mine and it is for sale along with a low mount turbo manifold and ported H75 head, see here:

Datto_Mog,
My sister is visiting from NZ in June so could get it to you for local NZ post cost if you are interested?
