is this the regulator for dash ?

Hi Guys
Look at this picture , here is 68600 labaled component voltage regulator for dash gauge ? Mine has got the same thing but none of my temp or fuel doesn't work , which is the connection this is getting voltage from ? Thanks Regards sumith Attach file:  Dash.jpg (92.59 KB)

That is the speed sensor.
The regulator is inside the water temperature gauge

is the regulator replaceable ? has any one done it ? went searching for Dash for Mine but could not find round gauge dash only b211 rectangle dash boards are available,if i get only dash meters i don't know how will it be Thanks Regards sumith
