Hi Tim, Looked at your ad. You should probably turn the head around and take another photo so we can see the ports. That will show ppl if its a GX head

Won't be a GX with bath-tub chambers like that.

looks like a round port that has been ported & re-drill for oval port manifold, thats y it's welded where studs come throw. i think, not sure.

Hi, i looked hard at the head it looks very standard. as i cant see the grind marks where they opened the ports up, and if someone did go to that much trouble the values and porting are all standard. Is there a number on the head that can tell us?

Some A12 round port heads are blank on top (i.e no relevant head numbers) there may be markings etc. This is almost certainly a ported round port head. Why they didn't work the rest of it? who knows. Can't see very well but the chambers may have been de-shrouded a little.

You can;t see grind marks because the ports have been finished with sanding barrels or similar.
