Ca18det engine
HKS H beam rods Arias pistons Tomei 270 10.25mm solid cams Tomei solid lifters Tomei Valve springs Tomei 1.5mm head gasket Ported head Match ported inlet with removed butterflies 1000 cc SARD Injectors Billet fuel rail dual feed #8 inlets #6 return to Reg Custom CPC plenum Hypertune Throttle body Trust low mount Stainless manifold Trust 50mm Race wastegate Trust T-67/ 25G 10 cmRear housing full boost @4400 rpm comes with spare 8cm housing seeing full boost @ 3400 rpm Braided lines for turbo Custom catch can and braided lines Custom Intercooler pipe work with Tial race Bov Intercooler 450 x 450 x 80 mm 3” inlets all silicone hoses 52 mm 3 core Radiator 2x 12 “ thermos all silicone hoses 3” dump pipe with integrated wastegate dump 3” mandrell bent exhaust to rear 2 small mufflers Jatco 3N71B 3 speed gearbox ,Full Manual valve body Built by BMS transmissions This is a top of the range gearbox , piad $4200 minus converters Billet input and output shafts 26 spline Billet Valve body Custom B&M shifter mount cable etc Deep pan tapped for Trans Temp #6 Braided lines Derale Double row trans cooler with Thermo fan 2 converters 1 stock 1900 rpm stall with C4 input 1 7” anti ballooning Transbrake converter currently rebuilt with new internals ,currently going 5200 rpm @ 10psi / 6500 on 23 psi The story so far : It all started out with 180 rwkw on 10psi , Put out 215 rwkw on 15 psi with smaller 8cm rear housing , Unigroup changed their Dyno to new model ( higher rated )then it made 180 rwkw on new dyno then 215 with 5 psi for a total of 20 psi same housing as used at Powercruise you can see how good it went there , upgraded to new housing fitted stally it went back to 180 Rwkw with stally on 15 psi then increased to 230 rwkw on 23 psi so as it stands it lost 35 Rwkw with a dyno change picked it up with 5 psi lost it again on same dyno with stally picked up 50 rwkw with housing change and 8 psi , so you do the math to me it would be around 280 rwkw through the auto stock converter and old dyno add it up and see as I said speak to Yavuz he can verify this . Curently putting out 230 kw @ wheels on a conservative genuine pump fuel Caltex 98 then off to dyno no addatives at all (check the timing figures but hey it will live a long time Rev limiter set at 8600 rpm only been reving to 7600 as it doesn't need any more atm too much wheelspin even with the 26" x 10" M&H crossply street slicks (or 310 hp through a high stall auto the dyno operater estimates another 60 kw with a manual Ring Yavuz @ unigroup he knows the car very well) on pump fuel on 23psi with a slipping 6500 rpm converter and full exhaust , hence the rebuild of this converter quick enough to beat a Yamaha R1 so far will refit stock converter for dyno to prove my point at the end of the day it is only a figure which ask anyone a high stall car will only flare against the converter on a dyno , come for a drive if you are game beat quite a few 10 second cars in match races at Powercruise and a R1 on the Freeway (oops ). Comes with a tuned Microtech LT-10 s and X4 ignition box with 4 bosch coils and loom tuned ready to go . Asking $11,000 not neg at this price only 2500 km this is a serious package to bolt in to a quick 1200. *Selling due to upgrading to a VQ35 V6 and Powerglide and 35 spline 9" Everything has been paint stripped ready to paint comes with all new gaskets . paint or polish to suit your taste. Ahh Lachie
Some of us are just wired differently I guess , your mate Vince can be the blame with that V6 ute they are racing at the moment , but on a serious note the diff needs to go first as I just picked up the new one so anyone wanting a tough diff call me i'll do a deal as it needs to go can't have 2 diffs ...... maybe a dual axle 1200 ute MWHAHAHAHAHAHAA............
