Is it running the std 180mm clutch. By chance is the clutch cable been over adjusted?. Is the flywheel flat smooth and clean of oil residue.

yes, agreed. Slipping means it is not adjusted correctly.

There must be play:
* At the pedal
and
* At the release lever

Is it adjusted for a 180b clutch or a 1200 clutch?

Is there freeplay in the clutch cable/pedal?

What are the fingers on the pressure plate like? They should be flat when the pressure plate and friction disc is torqued down to the flywheel.
If they are sticking out a bit, the disc is too thin and it won't be clamping as much as it should.
If they are sticking in, the disc is too thick.

me nubies got a question too...

my A15 is doing a 130hp on flywheel and im using stocked A15 clutch set and A12 5speed gearbox and its slipping too starting at 5000rpm to 8000rpm...

can anyone share with me what clutch set is good to modify or is there any just plug and play...

Your A15 may be putting out more torque than the stock clutch is designed for. But first verify that there is 5mm play at the clutch level coming out of the transmission. If there is no play, it can cause slipping.

Nismo sells a heavy duty clutch for A-series.
