Is it running the std 180mm clutch. By chance is the clutch cable been over adjusted?. Is the flywheel flat smooth and clean of oil residue.

yes, agreed. Slipping means it is not adjusted correctly.
There must be play: * At the pedal and * At the release lever

Is there freeplay in the clutch cable/pedal?
What are the fingers on the pressure plate like? They should be flat when the pressure plate and friction disc is torqued down to the flywheel. If they are sticking out a bit, the disc is too thin and it won't be clamping as much as it should. If they are sticking in, the disc is too thick.

Your A15 may be putting out more torque than the stock clutch is designed for. But first verify that there is 5mm play at the clutch level coming out of the transmission. If there is no play, it can cause slipping.
