pretty much yep!
just get the pedals, box, clutch sutff, spigot bush, tailshaft, clutch cable and swap it all over need to get the part that support the clutch cable where it goes through the firewall and drill the holes for that. and sort out a gear boot to seal the hole in the floor around the gear shifter, oh yeah... and probably the toughest part is the gearbox cross member. as the auto and manual cars have mounts in different places you need to adapt one or the other to suit the new locations. or go for a custom drilled through the floor with plates job
