Problem with new member registration.

I have been contacted by someone who is trying to register and is getting no return email from the site, its been over two weeks now.
Any help would be appreciated, I'll try to get more details if required. Cheers, Levey.

Yeah there is a bit of a wait, after I wrote that the registrations were approved about 4 days later.
