Fuel pump blanking plate fabrication? (Sth Aust)

Anyone know some where I could get a plate made up, to bolt over the fuel pump hole on an A series block?

That is the sort of thing that you can fabricate yourself if you have some basic tools like a grinder and a drill press.
Just use the gasket as a template . For a blanking plate 3 mm ought to do it.

Hand drill and a hacksaw is all you need -- it's not a high-precision piece.
