Email notifactions from PM's.

I checked the FAQ's and did a search but I cant find how to get email notifications for my PM's.
Is it possible, if so how do you do it? I have checked everywhere in the user menu also and I cant figure it out.  
You can view topic.
You cannot start a new topic.
You cannot reply to posts.
You cannot edit your posts.
You cannot delete your posts.
You cannot add new polls.
You cannot vote in polls.
You cannot attach files to posts.
You cannot post without approval.
