A couple of videos

Here are links to a couple of videos taken last weekend at the NWAA practice autocross weekend at Packwood Washington. Saturday started out wet but dried out by lunch. Sunday was dry all day. We reversed the Saturday course with minor changes for Sunday.
Saturday's course was all 3rd gear. The last few runs on Sunday I started using 4th gear for the last left sweeper and final slalom. Using 4th gear for the last part of the run knocked another half second off the run. The course was ~.9 miles long. Saturday run Sunday run

Watched some of the other vids, I'm sure you can see your car pass by the camera a few times in this video?

The course was actually pretty easy to follow. Depth perception in the videos is bad compared to what you see in person.
Car specs: Mostly stock 1200 engine. Minor porting at manifold/head junction. Heavily worked front suspension. B310 struts cut down to take Z car cartridges, Ground Control coil over kit with 250# springs. Lengthened lower control arms. Shortened radius rods. Doubled front anti-sway bar. Anti-sway bar ends re-located to line up with control arms. Final alignment is -2.5 degrees camber, +7.1 degrees castor. Rear suspension has custom adjustable anti-sway bar (made from a front anti-sway bar). 2.5" lowering blocks. The lowering blocks have the shock mounts built in so the rear travel is not limited. Wheels- Basset racing 13x8 with 4" back space Tire- Toyo R888 225/45-13 Flares- ZG flares made for Z-car. Front fender opening moved up so top of opening is even with the top of the side body detail line and forward to the bumper pocket. Rear opening raised so the fender opening is even with the bottom of the side body detail line. Front fenders were easy. Rear fenders took over an hour of welding time each to re-join the inner and outer fenders and patch the slits cut into the inner fenders. I haven't posted any photos of the new wheel/tire/flare combo to the site so here's a few. ![]() ![]() ![]() You can view topic.
