Between the 60A and 63A which is best behind a high performance A14?

Both will be fine. Preference for me would be the 63A - stronger gearbox that can handle more torque and you have more ratio options available.

Shh I should have read USA- I never seen one here. Check wiki. I would have thought 63 would be better as bigger

The 63 is a very strong peice of kit.
I abuse mine without mercy. And although the 2nd and third gear synchro's are but a distant memory, I doubt I'll ever be able to break it.

yeah but strength would come into play too greendog. is go for strength if i was hammering it all day.

I prefer the 63A on ratios alone. 1st and 2nd are a little bit taller. This helps close the large gap between 2nd and 3rd that the 60A has. 5th is slightly lower on the 63A also. Makes for a box with nicer gear spacing overall.
