Extreme 1200 turbo project

Good day all. I am an extreme noobie here. I was hoping someone could shed some light on this for me: What is the most powerful turbo'd Nissan/Datsun a12 motor that you have heard of? what are that power figures and specs if anyone knows? please help. i have searched the forum but havent come up with anything conclusive. Reason I ask, is because I am currently planning my second 1200gx build (had to sell the first one)
I am aiming for a serious power figure just to prove it can be done. I like a challenge. Here are some specs for the 1st build that was sold: 1200 Gx std bore and stroke. standard crank and rods. Forged CP pistons revised duration camshaft standard valve train standard ports and head(was polished though) 8:1 compression, Garret t2/t3 turbo, electronic fuel injection(gotech),toyota 4AGE throttle body, plus some other stuff=148kw at 1.6bar.The next build I'm looking to make ALOT more KW's. fun fun fun.

Here's a video of the Yatala Headworks 1200 doing 320hp on the dyno, that's 240kw...

ok, then. there's a goal to aim for. thanks guys. i shall proceed to build FRANKENSTEIN!! thinking of running methnol, since its going to be a toy for the weekend at the track. I just have to do some homework on compression ratio's. I am told that you cannot run as high as the guys useing "multivalve" motors on methanol, because these old 8valve heads are not as efficient. this is obvious, but i might have to run as low as 8:1 compression. not so good. I would like to run as close to 11:1 as possible. start the boost at a mild 0.8bar and go from there. any advise guys??
I will be saving up for a pretty decsent management system and electronic dizzy. hope i dont encounter too many problems.

By track I assume you mean dragstrip
Cause most race circuits won't allow the use of methanol You should be able to get away with much higher comp with the meth if you can feed enough in... and you need too Many speedway boys run A series on meth... albeit not turbo So it can certainly be done Around 14:1 N/A or 11 boosted should be OK

nice manifold! thanks but i alreay spent a bunch on a custom "long runner" manifold. since i'm not going to worry too much about turbo lag. (2 step)also i'm told the one I had made will work better with a twin scroll turbo. will post a pic, soon as i figure out how the hell to do it

thanks dattoman. yeah i will be using it on the dragstrip. 11:1 comp ratio would be great. it'll have insane torque for a 1200. and yeah, the more research i do, the more i realise just what a headache it going to be to fuel this puppy!! not to mention the cash! ... gonna hav to phone the world bank for a loan. Everyone else is doing it. lol.
