Carps whereabouts?

Just wondering if anyone knows about Steve a.k.a carps?
I paid for some parts off him but it never came. Its been almost 4months now and still no word from him. Thanks Richard drahcirdestiny@yahoo.com

He's listed a few things on e bay for sale ( GX steering wheel) maybe try and contact him thru there?
