5 speed crossmember

hey guys,
just trying to put my 5 speed gearbox into my datsun 1200 ute atm and it doesnt seem to sit right? just wondering if i need a different crossmember or if i need to cut the tunnel? Cheers

What 5 speed is it? And all I did was fab up
A new crossmember and took out the reverse thing in the gearbox coz I wouldnt fit there's a Big teck wiki about changing to five speeds..

Yes, 5-speeds use a different crossmember and rubber mount than do the ute transmissions.

its just the datsun A60 box.
any suggestions where i can get one made up round the canberra area?

No idea about Canberra mate but it's really easy to do it your self
And just get a peace of rubber and cut it to the same size as the One that is normally is.. Also what tunnel do you have coz it was a tight Fit for me to do it to my ute?

still got the stock 1200 tunnel but it still needs to pass rego so im a lil stressed bout that part of it!!
