results show some margin of improvement but will have to see testing by other tuning houses http://www34.homepage.villanova.edu/s ... IS%20Throttle/results.htm

The Roller Valve is used primarily in Formula ... This is the most efficient valve currently available, but it will not fit in most consumer cars. It fits my car!

hey bakat,
i've never heard of the gadgetman groove before but that was one very informative link.Learning something everyday.Would be interesting to see a dyno output hp and torque data to a stock a-series before and after these mod.i would happily pay a professional the 300bucks recommended price for such an improvement! Anybody 'professionally' doing this mod in oz? and any more interesting links to car performance enhancement bakat?

Good Link Bakat shows a cheaper alternative
the only thing is to get a start up kit and have a day like a cruise day where all the single carb/efi can be modded or to send our throttles or carb section for someone to do it. on a similar note... I would love to combine all these technologies and even the Singh groove to see the results but would need a home dyno or exhuast readings equip. On the volvo forums they swear by the singh grooves and some suzuki people also running very high comp. In the 70s my uncle exp. w/ threaded inlet ports and threaded manifold 3-5cm before going into the head ports and swore he had better response and burn with otherwise stock carb setups. I cant remember what its called though.

only know a couple of stuffs, those gadgetman groove, and singh groove.
don't know the truth about either, but both are very promising. from my initial research about singh groove, either they try them and happy with them, or say it didn't work, but never try them. have seen a couple of dyno sheets, and a couple of gas analysis data, which shows improvements after modding their chamber with singh's groove. my proposal is, if anybody want to know the truth, get a fresh bottom a12, and do those singh line on a roundport head, and see what happens. use regular gas. everybody here on this forum kinda know how stocker a12 goes, right? see if there's any improvement using buttdyno :) http://www.somender-singh.com/ http://www.herningg.com/singh/ http://www.jeremiahsviolins.com/grooves.htm http://www.mgccars.com/groove_101.htm keen to try those singh groove on my A12A, but currently not enough money to do so, as all my money goes to my 510 :)

very interesting concepts and studies here! a few of these theories could be great for controlled class racing for the little advantages

or for everyday economy by the sounds of it as ive just been revealed to me that Kiwis pay 2.20 of their cash for Premium.
I really like the story that Bakat`s link on the first vid suggesting why the "vapour carbie" was defeated by the oil lards and now we know why our fuel ruins our engines when let sit for too long.

atomisation is the key, read somewhere about pogue's 200 mpg carburettor. they preheat their fuel before entering the chamber.
