Starting problem with CA18

Lately have had to jump start me CA wagon due to the battery dying, today i jumped it no probs and moved it out of shed. Came back later to jump it, hit the key and it struggled to turn over so i checked jumper connections all good went to hit the key the fuel pump primes up but nothing. I noticed one of the relays near ECU making a clicking sound when i turn ignition on and off. We tried other relays and even changed to another DE ECU I have no joy. Could it just be battery or any other ideas ? Other than just setting fire to the whole car HA HA.

Charge all your batteries and try again. The ignition transistors don't work below 9v or something.
You are going to need to check ignition and fuel systems to make sure they work. If the fuel relay comes on and switches off after 5 seconds, then the ecu is probably ok.

Sounds like a good plan. debugging CA problem late at night is dangerous. It needs a lot of beer.

HA yeah charged battery nicely cleaned terminals with me fancy new relevant tool and Bam she went. Funny thing though i drove it in to the shed ran it for fiveish minutes turned it off came back nothing again. left ignition on gave the starter a swift tap with a small beaters hammer and bam she went again. So starting to suspect starter. Also getting little zaps off the body so going to check Earths and add a couple. Now to work out why speedo jumps around and got no fuel gauge.
