Trouble Uplaoding Pictures.

Hi everyone i'm having trouble uploading pics to threds.The pictures are the right size,a messaage says 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage'
????

'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage' indicates a temporary problem. Please try it again.

Funny that a different browser would be saying "Internet Explorer".
