you can always use megajolt jnr quite cheap with exchange rate and from autolabs do a search, DDgonzales uses one

Yep, it will fit into a $15 international flat-rate box too.

Fully programmable. Or just use the turbo curve that it comes with.

Even better, you don't need a PC/laptop/netbook. The MegaJolt Jr runs by itself. Optionally you can use a PC to re-program it.
