david falzon fail to mention that the car was in fair condition and had to source many new parts to restore the car!.....

price new was $7865 1980-85, ordinary condition $4300, in pristine condition $15000

great restoration but sorry 40k just a tad over priced goodluck

I have seen this ute in person..

I've worked on some pretty spastic trophy winning show cars including ferraris, bmw's, s15s wrx etc and this ute by far is immaculate.. Perfect for a collector or some sort of museum..

But who would pay $40000 for a Datsun 1200 lol
