Rebuilding or new caliper cost? Twin piston

Got a set of sumitomo twin piston Calipers... Wanna know if you can get brand new calipers or cheaper to rebuild? Also why kinda $$$ to rebuild? They are datsun 240k
Any help would be great

boofhead got his rebuilt for around $100 a number of years ago. pretty sure when i bought a rebuild kit for them is was about $50, not the hardest things to rebuild

piston number is db2014 x2 thats a protex number cost around 26 each retail
the kit is a k1184s are approx 32 each you need 2 kits 4 pistons to do the pair
