putting doors back together

Hi guys i pulled the door trim of my ute today to have a look at the internal to see whether i will give it a go at swapping them.My ? is does the window go in first and how does the 1/4 window frame connect to the door at the top.I see where it connects at the bottom.

Thanks dd ill give a go see how i end up,so th next ? is how do i get the bailey channel rubber glued in position iff im moving the frame to the side to get the big window in position.

Move the glass into the rear part of the door frame, don't move the frame.
The other part the glass frame is the quarter window assembly. The has to be moved into place. Cut the bailey stripping at a 45 so when the quarter window ASSY is inserted it will match up to the baily stripping in the top of the door frame.

Hi guys whats the best glue to us to glue the bailey channel rubbers in and also the door seals.

Any strong adhesive (super glue) I didn't even need to glue mine was a tight fit
