electronic rust protection?

anyone used this? i have installed one on a friends 4wd ages ago and he swore by it but I havent seen him in ages...
I have heard good things about it just wondering whether anyone has one installed on there datsun?

i don't think they would work on a car (just my opinion) as cathode puts a curent through the anode (hi zinc) and it reacts with the water (even the test in the add was done in water). i have seen them not even work on boats because of a por anode.

Classic!! It must be amazing to protect the trim as well! I want, no need one immediately, my trim is #OOPS#ed!!!

just found one on a mates 60 series landcruiser....it was the rustiest piece of crap around
we had a good laugh about it, then cut it off and threw it in the bin You can view topic.
