I'm finding myself surprised by the weight difference of a few cars just been engineered, people love to save 5kG or even 2kG but look at these numbers
1200 Ute CA18DE auto - 980kG 1200 Wagon CA18DET - 940kG 1200 Coupe CA18DET - 880kG all as running cars with 3/4 fuel as per requirements for testing hard to see how there could be such difference

yes but all weigh bridges are calibrated and certified, so that is not a contributing factor

I was shocked at mine topping the list .... I knew she'd put on a bit of weight over the winter hibernation but ..... 980

My 1200 with 1995cc L18, in IPRA spec with extensive cage (about 65kg worth of tube IIRC) was 851kg on scales.
I never weighed Andrew's CA18DET coupe while I hade it.

mine being the CA18DET coupe (880kg) was 840kg with A-series and same diff/suspension/brakes, so the convert from A to CA increased it 40kg

Hey Rc did the 845kg a series coupe also have a t50 5speed as well? So that would also change weight over 56a or 60a box weights
