Go a tad longer and we can cut it down easy and smooth the edges easy enough.
Polished stainless with black carbon or stainless hex bolts on anodised or plain alloy countersunk washers.

Polished stainless all the way as in the title especially bolt ons with black rubber from supplier & peoples choice of washers and bolts.

Thats the whole selling point of this thread, sure he can do galv steel separate order for you but stainless is the key here. Troy recently just put some good tips on your thread

Thanks. Galv is simply a preference, as mentioned. I'm keen for staino too, if it were that much of an issue one could always paint it.

Polished stainless flares are going to be a strange look. D might be the only guy who'll buy them I reckon! :P

Bolt on is the only way to really make polished stainless flares actually work - you can't weld them on without painting the join. Seems like it would take alot of work to recess notches in the stainless flare to make them like bolt on fibreglass flares. How much are Datsun owners are willing to pay?

Would be far cheaper to get fibreglass flares chrome wrapped for the same look.
