I want to put a strut brace on my sedan.How will this help me out? I also don't get a firm stop when coming to traffic lights.I also need an aligment.

Strut brace won't help any of that. It's for chassis bracing under hard cornering etc.

Ok what other options are there for better stopping stability?I have installed 120y stay bar,but that for cornering

For better stopping stability, first get the wheel alignment correct. The toe-in is most critical and relatively easy to do yourself.

Any slop in the front suspension can lead to instability when stopping. So replace worn ball-ends (tie rods, cross rod, and balljoints).
