Does the aluminum H-145 diff center use the same parts as the Iron one? Specifically the Pinion flange and the crush sleeve.

Yes, same crush sleeve (spacer) and same flange. For complete parts list see Differential Part Numbers

instead of a new thread....
Just put a h150 in place of the h145 Anyone know if iron h150 pinion flange fits only sunny 310 tailshaft or can I use another tailshaft?

H150 flange uses same bolt-pattern as H165 flange - 45 x 54 mm with inner circle 57 mm. Length may differ. See Propeller Shaft Swaps
H145 has more ratios available then H150

Thank you but h150 has my favorite economical overdrive
ratios while the h145 has higher rpm race ratios. 3.545 AUTO(CAL),A12 1981-1982 3.545 MANUAL(A14,MPG) 1981-1982 3.545 MANUAL(A15,MPG) 1980 I have your h150 3.545 for the H150 I just fitted

Plus the H150 is stronger and quieter.
H145: 36 x 50 mm bolt holes. Inner circle 38 mm H150/H165: 45 x 54 mm. Inner circle 57 mm
