Do something drastic with it -- like lower the price? It is competing with $75 pertronix-like conversion setups and $125 electronic distributors. I know Nissan sells these for about $600, but a rebuilt unit on rockauto.com is $119 and comes with the EI control box.
These are much better than the Pertronix setup and use the same cap & rotor as mid-to-late 1970s and 1980s points-based distributors.
