Thinking about a SR20DE conversion, whats involved?

Hi guys im looking into costs of doing a SR20DE conversion in my 1200 Ute, what have people learnt from there experiences?

ive learnt that when doing an engine conversion for the first time it
usually takes twice as long and costs twice as much as you had expected just some friendly advice
