you'd think they would, but looking through the sports option parts list i've got,in 'other parts'there is no listing for engine mounts, but lots of other good stuff, like fibre glass hatchbacks for a 120y,(if thats what frp means).when i get this scanner sorted,i should post this,as there's some good stuff in here for a12's,how about 'f5c56a 5-speed direct coupled transmission, part no 32010-h7220' or parts numbers for diff ratios to suit a h165b from 3.7:1 to 4.625:1.i've seen someone knock off the studs off standard mounts,& drill a hole & run a bolt through the mount, though you need a nylok nut.

why do you want stiffer mounts?, what will this acheive for a rally car?

it's probably to stop them breaking,a problem with 1200's with big horsepower motors in them.have you thought of going to a suspension place that makes nolathane bushes with a pair & seeing if they can redo the mounts with the urethane.

you lose tourqe when the engine twists around

you would only loose a tiny bit of torque as the mount is initially loaded surely, i would think this is negligible loss and money and time could be better spent

as another positive the force put on the engine mounts is huge in a rally car think about it bumps jumps and any other hazard get an engine mount put it in your hand and twist it you will see how soft it is

yeah true, but it absorbs theese shocks and stops everything rattling to bits
