I'll pop over for a look, I was wondering if it was happening this year. Last year there were about 15 B series cars there (1000,1200,120Y) in their own area, plus lots of other things (1600's,1600's,Stanza's & a few Sunny's). A good way to spend a day talking cars, meeting people & maybe buying a sausage sandwich or a raffle ticket. All for a few dollars. Bargain. & there's second hand treasure to browse. See you there.

re Datsun day when is it where

It's at the Prospect Hotel on the Great Western Hwy Prospect at the corner of Blacktown Rd, in front of the CSIRO buildings. It's on Sunday 3rd November. It's quite close to the Homebase Shopping precinct,but it's a bit tricky to get to from the M4, which is right behind it.
Best way to get there if you're coming from either east or west is to use the M4 & get off at the Prospect Highway & head north towards Blacktown. Don't try & turn right onto the Great western highway, as you'll get runover. Take the first right onto Stoddard Rd, follow this to it's end, turn left onto Rowood rd, follow to it's end & turn right onto Blacktown rd. Follow this out to the Highway, then turn right & turn left into the main driveway, where the SDC guys should be waiting. The link in the first post has a map attached. For being on the highway it's actually a quiet location. last year it kicked off about 8.30-9 am, didn't cost much to get into, plus there were second hand bargains. Best of all was the pub is there, so a stroll around with a beer or a soft drink is easy. Any bargains found there can be financed by the ATM just inside the door.And a nice covered area for anyone not wanting to look at all the cars. Just a nice low key day at a pub with cars.
