Hi all i have just joined and have my own little project in the pipeline. When i get a chance ill send some pics. Oh buy the way i have a 1200 ute with big plans to fit a CA18DET. So far i have all new panels to fit except the roof which is perfect anyway. The problem i have is obtaining the section between the tail light panels(the one the tail gate is bolted to and houses the No. plate. Im in the northern territory so if any one has one please let me know as long as you are in Australia as well. Anyhow thanks people hope to seeya soon.

welcome
i hate you already (unlimited speed on NT roads) try nispares, they get most stuff new, but they are in victoria (so only if you get desperate), shipping would be less than a hundred bucks www.nispares.com.au

Yes NT roads go off. Just love the cruising at velocity. Thus the ute MUST have a CA18.

I bought a brand New Taiwanese rear panel which fitted perfect when I got my 1200 ute repaired and painted black with a lilac pearl.
It cost me $30 and they had a few in stock at the time. That was late last year. I got it from Wetherill Park Panels in N.S.W the phone number is (02) 9756-3011. Good luck Kel. No speed limits sounds like the go.

I reckon I should take my std A12 1200 sedan over to test it out! I wonder if I could get it off the clock?!
