H165 diff gasket or sealant?

Hi guys I'm about to rebuild my H165 diff. I would like to know if the gasket between the housing and diff centre is still available other than bprojects. If not, what type of sealant/gasket maker have people been using.

Just bought a roll of gasket card and engine assembly sealant from bursons and make your own. Press the card up against the housing and rub your finger round it to get an exact impression - sharp blade and presto. Have lost count as to how many types of gaskets I've made this way and all have worked fine.

Yes it is available from Nissan and from generic auto parts stores. I would use RTV gaskets maker but be sure to follow directions carefully.

Thanks for the replys. That gasket will take a bit of patience to make, but I don't think if iv got enough patience to make up two gaskets. I really don't want any leaks once its back together.

For future reference for anyone using this post. Use the green RTV sealant made especially for gear oil.

Use the Right Stuff by Permatex.
Better than RTV and all the Ultra. Apply and Assemble in one minute. Works on Everything! You can view topic.
