can fit 3 under a 1600 and a coupe in a 1000 :) - At 1.5L its like a refined halve cut of a vg30e and its either single cam 16v or twin cam with chain to hold both cams so one of the cams is a slave but driven by one external cam pulley. Would be nice to get more info on its architecture. Would make a 1000 50kg lighter.

we dont know the price to speculate & not for sale so comparing to an A series with boost that weighs double is not a possible argument yet it shows an exciting path of the future with the current crop of twin charged 3 cyl engines nissan is producing but this one at 40kg beats most motorbike engines.

I've been watching the zeod but have'nt seen this yet.NO arguments i'm just saying/asking.The DIG T is a Nissan Juke engine only it's 4.This engine is 3cyl but it's higher.This engine reminds me of my Fiat uno turbo the only car[small] that put a huge smile on my face[standard motor]NOTED --the turbo mani like the uno turbo is very close to the engine actually even closer than the uno turbo.The air intake also right on the intake mani.There is no a/filter,no long distances for the air to travel,no sump.Wonder if there is any similarities between this and the new Datsun GO which is also suppose to be 3cyl. Just thinking lol

Nismo1 Datsun Go sounds cool! Fiat Uno turbos are pretty cool cars too, drove one in Japan & loved it but the Polo turbo was also a hoot - hard to choose.

Bart, Bam absolutely GTR possibility as GTRs need to get lighter in time thats their next evolution or development direction. Id prefer a straight 6 though for a Fairlady Z.
