Drooping doors on my 82 ute

I suspect that the door hinge bushes on my 1982 Ute are completely worn out and causing the droop,any clues on where these can be sourced in Oz, plenty of adverts for o/seas suppliers fairly cheap but the postage would be more than the parts. How about the degree of difficulty in getting them out or am I better to just get completely new upper hinges to save the extra stress that it may involve ?
