#1 Leaf flipping on B120
darrell32 Posted on: 2014/12/16 10:08
Ive done a couple of searches and this might be a stupid question, but i have 2 sets of leafs, one from a sedan (3 leaf) and a set on my b120 (4 leaf), i want to flip a leaf to lower the ute, and i cant figure out what to do about the clamps on either side of the middle leafs. do you cut them off and replace them?

Also with them going on the ute, i was going to use the 4 leaf pack, what will make it lower?

Don't cut the tabs off, they bend easy enough. Go to the tech wiki it will tell you.
In a ute pack flip the 2nd longed one on the top should lower it a bit over an Inch.
If using sedan leaves just flip middle one on the top

ok so just bend them back in place when repacking it? I read through the tech wiki a couple times before posting, i couldnt see anything about them.

Yes get a hard plastic mallet and smack them back Into place. It just stops the leaves skewing sideways from the pack
