Interesting head gasket

Hi members :)
I saw this Gasket It says 79mm bore. But I think it will be 79mmx77.65mm+- ? How good will the fire ring cope with 78mm pistons when using a gasket like this? Regards :)

The seller is Bprojects. You can ask him a question. Since it is genuine Nissan GX 11044-H2301, I would expect it to be for up to 79mm bore maximum.
Bprojects web site lists: * P-E-009 NISMO metal Head Gasket 0.8mm-79.0mm * P-E-010 GX Head Gasket 0.6mm-79.0mm Most head gaskets are bigger than the engine bore.

The OEM A14 gasket I have is oval. That is why I am asking. Could the OEM GX one be round? Will be cool if it is for a cheap way to not need to get expensive MLS :)
