This is how some smart cookie solved the 3 bearing issue
on old ford 4 cyl bangers http://hotrodenginetech.com/wp-conten ... boys-1/montana_block4.jpg A10 original peeps and rallye strict rules could be worked around using this bedplate with an A12 crankshaft Re bushed A10 rods or shortened A12 rods 27.1 Honda 75mm pistons so 2mm overbore for 1270cc http://clubs.hemmings.com/mtfcsd/Tours/Bonneville_2009.htm
