Could you guys advise me on what my ute is worth.

Want to sell 1977 Datsun 1200 ute.
almost standard.
Has electronic ignition from a pulsar
1200 Disc Brake Swap
Has mags.
i have original drum brakes plus struts and the bigger swaybar from the car i got the disc breaks from.
I have original wheels.
I have original dizzy too.
Its has some surface rust in a few places.

It has rego and should pass rego again.

Car runs great.

I'm in Wollongong and I think its time to let it go sadly.

I have lots of people that want to buy it but I don't know how much its worth.

Also if anyone here is interested i'm happy to consider offers.

It's worth whatever someone is willing to pay.
saying that the market has fallen away from the utes a little imho.
Maybe 3k maybe 4. Not much to go on from your pics and description.

Funny, I would have thought after summernats that utes would have seen a resurgence.

I'm completely out of my depth when its comes to current market prices for 40 year old cars.

And your car has what resemblance to the sumernats ute???

Utes had their hey day about 5 years ago and haven't gone up much since. 1600's 180b and especially 240k are way more desirable.

Yeah based on description 4k maybe a little more provided it has ZERO structural rust and ZERO accident history. Utes have stalled a bit in value. Wagons continue to fetch more interest if in half decent condition due to being so rare. Coupes seem harder to find again and a little more disireable. Sedans prob bout the same as utes.

Well zoom in on only pix provided. Rust In roof and front drivers guard. tray seams too. Dare say a bit more poking may show up other 1200 Comon rust sports such as sills and floor seams.

So choose a price, put It up for sale and add pictures. be prepared to haggle a little. Best of luck

No, usually for a hard lid of some sort I think
