Hum Noise cloer to gearbox

Hi Guys
I have a small problem with my b210 . it makes a hum noise when it is going which is coming near transmission box, it starts when it is running about 10-15 minutes till that no sound ,it is just like tire humm(hmmmm..........) noise which increase with running speed, not coming when the vehicle doesn't move , whet would be the reason ? thanks regards sumith

Could it be the Universal Joint?
