Added Another Nissan Member to My Datsun Family

Hi Guys

Very nice! A good comfortable people mover. Is it an E24?
The TD27 was never sold in USA, so I am not familiar with it, however I hear it is much much better than the Nissan SD diesels we know of.

Yepe it is E24 ,gives a impressive fuel consumption of 10-12 KMPL with DUEL AC on thanks regards sumith

David, Actually the SD22 that came here was a decent motor, just anemic like a lot of normally aspirated diesels. Nissan didn't certify a turbo version here but there were companies that did conversions for them that woke them up, made the fuel mileage better too.

Yes, the SD22 is very reliable. By "better" I meant that the SD27 NON-TURBO has 90 hp, while the SD22 was only 61 hp. Much much better.
