First off, WHERE ARE YOU?. Next which pulley do you need, there are at least two different ones. One has a small center hole and the fan bolts directly on top of it, the other one is for fan clutch use and has a larger hole.
If your not sure, check the tech wiki. I have both, somewhere.

The short pulley (diameter about 107 mm) used with fixed-blade fan is
Nissan 21051-H9900 A new one sold on eBay last month. I believe this was only used in Canada and USA The pulley (diameter about 103 mm) used with clutch fan is Nissan 21051-H7200

Thanks for the pics, makes it easier to understand the differences.
The so called short pulley was used with the water pump installed for factory A/C, IF I remember correctly 21010-H7227. where as the other one was used with the standard pump, 21010-H1027. As a pair they are completely interchangeable, just use the fan with the correct bolt spacing. BTW all of this is useless not knowing where he is.

sorry for some reason i dont get email showing response Im in California USA im building an Engine out of Parts and dont care which Pulley i need as i can just change the water pump to Suite , i think the short one would work with the Pump i have right now , im going to use the engine in a Morris minor

Sorry Im in CA USA i have a Fixed Fan and can change the Pump to fit either im going to use this Engine in a Morris Minor
