Easy EFI for your A engine
Datsun EFI manifold on A14 in a Morris Minor. He used Nissan B11 airflow meter. The factory Sunny computer will run the whole thing if you don't turbo it like he did! ![]() Factory EFI manifold with MegaSuirt 2 ($500 AUD) - no airflow meter needed. See: EGI MegaSquirt, includes configuration details ![]() Spitronics EFI - $450 USD kit includes ECU ![]() A12 manifold with used Hyundai throttle body. Approximately $700 AUD including new ECU. See: Budget EFI ![]()

His setup should definitely cost more what with the turbo and all
For EFI alone use the Nissan computer and the Datsun EFI manifold, definitely doable for under $1000. I sold my last EFI manifold for around $450 and got all the other Nissan EFI parts, sensors, airflow meter, etc. for less than $100. The key to making it run correctly is to use a matching computer and airflow meter (both from the same car)

I've never seen a Datsun EFI manifold, alas. Otherwise I'd be all over this.

A14 new EFI manifold is $240 from Rowland. The Datsun one was for A14 also
and of course, you can bolt a TBI and injector to the stock A12 or A14 manifold

the budget EFI manifold flows more than the stock carburetor setup
Stock A-engine intake manifold * Throttle Body (40mm) from a 1997 Hyundai Accent SOHC * Fuel pressure regulator from a 1997 Misubishi Lancer * 3-5mm thick alloy plate for the adapter * Used or new single Fuel Injector
