For those not worried about Nissan engine dilemma
of course there are other great nissan choices but 197-200hp atws is a nice option https://kmiata.com/ gbox adapter, wiring, fly and sump https://kmiata.com/collections/kmiata-swap-parts uses 6 speed and other B series gearboxes new customised oil pumps https://kmiata.com/collections/oem-honda-parts rwd inlet manifolds https://kmiata.com/collections/intake-solutions exhaust manifolds https://kmiata.com/collections/exhaust water lines and adaptors https://kmiata.com/collections/plumbing-and-fitting setting up a K https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LZ4-MFgK4nE

Honda Type R engines are practically non-existent in USA (2015 first year), but of course can be bought from engine importers
Performance is very good, on par with Nissan SR20DET, and with Type R engines matching SR20VE (which likewise didn't come in RWD version) It seems the S2000 engine (also a 2-liter) is more powerful and already in RWD form Keep it all real, keep it all Nissan

The honda k24a2 is more common than s2000 donks hence the
kit focusing on the most sold honda with hipo engine The engineering of the Honda head leaves Nissan looking like they tried to copy Honda but Honda is superior. I agree though to keep it Nissan eg QR25DE is a beast for example but any information on rwd version of that? I dont see any rwd 1200 or othe datsun with one yet the 2007+ made 180hp I read somewhere ALfafab or some mob has a 290hp 2 liter version the qr20de in a sports sedan the auto for the frontier has a separate bellhousing to suit other than those big frontier non 71c boxes ![]() http://datsun1200.com/modules/myalbum/photo.php?lid=26481&cid=13

Good points. The K24A2 is 200hp factory stock
What Nissan four-cylinder makes 200HP stock? QR25DE is not even close (175 hp) except for the 2007-2012 SE-R Type V (200hp) engine which is very hard to find in good used condition. Rebuilds are less than $2000 but missing a lot of the parts needed for a swap. But here the whole Spec V car can be had for $4000 (or about the price of a Honda Type R engine alone) And QR25DE RWD gearbox is common, from the 2005+ Nissan D22 Frontier pickup

supposedly just cams and headers gets 200hp on the post 07 QR emgines
but not a fan of the heavy 5SR90x weight and bulkiness frontier box also use on the Z and other heavy duty nissan cars hence bell idea from auto https://www.z1motorsports.com/manual-t ... cod3bhvqmhlhegflqa12tlhv2 there is a 22lbs savings in weight from worldclass mustang t5 to 71c sr20det and then 28.6lbs to 300zx and frontier boxes that alot of weight for lil dattos
