Hi Folks,

Interested to hear from anyone that runs the Maddat fuel setup in their Ca18 utes.
Now i live in a fairly hot climate and I've set the system up as per the instructions. It runs fine but one of the pumps is screaming its f$%ing head off when the car warms up.
I'm thinking that the return from the rail into the surge tank is just recirculating hot fuel. Should i re-route the return into the tank? Is the lift pump able to fill the surge tank faster than the main hi pressure pump to the motor?
Currently the sytem returns the surge tank and then there is an overflow return to the main fuel tank.

update- ful pump packed it in.
Was a Bosch unit that is max rated to 75psi.
With my base fuel pressure and 29psi boost it just was out of puff.
