Looking for a 60 series gearbox to marry to a A14. I'm happy with a 4 speed as the car does not do much highway work.

The 60 series are a lot rarer then the 56a boxes as they were used on the back of the A14's and A15's as they are a stronger gearbox. Therefore I would say they are worth $150.

Yes it's got all that stuff but i have to say if you need photos to look at a 60 series box you need a new hobby.Given my learned 1200 friends have put between $50 and $150 i will not part with it at this point,way too valuable to my group if anyone breaks a race box and i only have 1 celica box on standby,good luck with your search

I will buy any working 69 series gearboxes for $50.

They are worth 250-300 these days as they are rare
and very sought after for track or extra hp A series
Rob has every right to keep it for 150-200.

This is the biggest issue with A series the little
choice for a budget 5 speed & have tried to see if
some1 can water cut or laser jet of a 5-6mm plate that
can be used as an adapter to a hilux 5 speed as these
are really the last 5 speeds that are available as the
rest are very rare now. If someone can make such a plate
even to suit an S-10 T5 the A series would be in joy.

Something like this plate is used on a turbo diesel
nissan engine found overseas the cd20et 160lbs of torque
output and the 6mm plate holds up well.

I have a 60a that is in pieces, was going to freshen it up but gave up. If anyone is keen to buy it let me know. I'm located in sydney
