Bespoke A15 Turbo intake manifold

Thought some of you might like to see the A15 turbo intake manifold I just finished. Bespoke cast in A356 to suit weld on plenum. They are designed and made to order - runner length, position, taper etc all can be specced to suit the customers engine.
I can do these to suit any build, N/A ITB or turbo bolt on plenum etc. Will have a new full ITB kit coming in the next few months to suit A and L series. Whitleytune A15 turbo manifold

Yeah sure can. I'd recommend splashing out for new throttles if you are spending the money though.

I'm in South Africa so Toyota throttle bodies are easily available and a few guys have had good results with them. You got email address or WhatsApp number???

These units would also have been suitable for quad butterflys
which would eliminate alot of the cost of throttle bodies.

D, the cost of machining the casting to suit throttles would cost more than using throttle bodies. Not an easy task to drill through 4 runners an accurate 8mm shaft hole and then counterbore for bearings plus finish boring the runners for butterfly seal etc.
Will have my A15 ITB kit out soon.

So true better using bike itbs instead for cost saving
yet would still need 2 piece casting etc. Nice looking units though, should be some happy customers You can view topic.
