i am currently on the lookout for a datsun 1200 coupe, ute or 2 door sedan. body must be in good condition. I am willing to bye somones project already fitted with a ca18det or somthing along those lines. i am located in brisbane and am willing to travel as far as northern NSW. if anyone could help me out that would be sweet.

what type of condition is your 1200 in dave? is it a coupe/ute? are there any modifications? how much are you asking?

what type of work are you talking about 1200rallycar? has it got any mods? how much do you want for it?

the body is good no rust because i had it all cut out when it was painted. only got an a12 but it was fully reconed with a street race cam lightened flywheel HD clutch 32/36 weber goes very well but fuel economic there are pics on the site if you search for my '71 1200 coupe some pics should come up. could probably let it go for 2500 but no less

howdy,

i havent got an pics yet, im waiting for someone to

basically there is rust in 3 out of the 4 footwells
which really need to be cut out and have new plates
welded in and then there is a few spots in the body
but they are not too bad at all (cant really remeber
where), and a couple of tiny holes in the spare wheel
well

the right hand door has caught on the front gaurd and
bent the two panels

the car is in fern tree gully at a friend of the
familys house (mum wouldnt let me bring the car home)
cause i have two others

where are you? can you come and look at it?

Id be happy to sell my ca18det 1200 if some one offered me enough money for it, I just got a little bit more fun to be had in it yet, but every thing is for sale for a price
