See how the bell is angles not squared off. So theres nowhere for the handbrake to run
The calipers have the handbrake built into them.
I'm going to cheat here as I have actually talked to Paydirt about this setup.
The caliper and disc are saab 900.

I wonder what the ratio of sprung to unsprung is with a diff like that. Stock is > 6:1. (Corner weight over unsprung weight inc wheel tyre and half weight of arms?)
Possibly a good drag rear. Id hate to run it on a circuit though.

The only beauty with leaf spring setups is that the design allows for less unsprung weight on the wheels provided the leafs have the right stiffness. This will conteract the diff weight unlike independant setups.
I still wish for those carbon composite leafs!! If anyone can help to find some in aus please help.
