A15 Timing

Hi All,
Just wondering if anyone has advice. Just fitted a A15 in a 1200 ute. It has twin webers and electronic ign. Does anyone know the best timing setting. Also i have a elec fuel pump that only seems to trickle out, but was working on the last car. Should the fuel pour out?

For timing info, see standard a15 distibutor timing
The fuel should pour out in a stream. For the official test procedure, see the "Fuel pump test" section of Carb adjustment, troubleshooting, rebuild and inspection.
