Delete it. I got the same message; it just isn't worth the risk of getting a virus, or the media server seeing that you are "alive" so they can sell your address to others as a "confirmed" address.

If it is a legitimate Datsun video, I'm sure the sender will speak up and be willing to resend it after letting us know to expect it.

After seeing your post, now I'm nearly positive it is a fake; as the "sender" for mine was different, otherwise it was the same.
